Jelly Jam is the creation of environmental educator Judi Friedman. She published the original activity book, Jelly Jam the People Preserver, and the accompanying teaching guide in 1972. Since then Jelly Jam has been adapted to many cultures and translated into numerous languages to help educate people around the world, especially the children. We need to develop environmental sensitivity about everything we do. Jelly Jam helps to bring tangible solutions to seemingly insolvable problems... to let everyone know that the actions of every individual do make a difference. In addition to Jelly Jam, the People Preserver, Judi has published six other books and numerous articles. She is the Chairperson of PACE (People's Action for Clean Energy) in her home state of Connecticut, and is concerned with local, national and global environmental issues..
